it always takes forever to open and every couple time, the Wi-Fi suddenly disconnects on its own even though and whenever I tried to go back into the Wi-Fi, I had to enter the security key, that key that was entered was correct, yet it kept saying "information has been changed etc, enter security key" which I had to shut down constantly. AND, to make it worse, the laptop that was bought was brand new,
