Extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend Lenovo to anyone. I bought a top of the line gaming computer that broke down within the first 3 months. I was issued a replacement that broke down within the first couple of weeks and needed two motherboard replacements. After the motherboard replacements, the computer STILL wasn’t running properly and so I fought for a refund. I finally got one after posting a complaint through the BBB and Consumer Affairs.
