Awful experience, please do yourself a favour & avoid!I wish I'd read these reviews before engaging with Lenovo, I would have saved a lot of nerves and stress.Simply the worst customer service I ever experienced.Completely ignorant & arrogant. Literally no clue how to treat customers.2 months after requesting a return for a dead on arrival laptop, I still don't have my money. Call centre staff are pointless. Mostly coming back with please wait another week and if nothing happened, call back.Shocking. I'll never ever use Lenovo (or Digital River - their authorised UK dealer) again.
