I bought a Lenovo Chromebook for my son's remote learning during the pandemic.

I bought a Lenovo Chromebook for my son's remote learning. After two weeks it died. The retailer would not accept the return, and said to contact Lenovo. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with them, then was put on hold and cut off. Called back started over again, told that someone would come to our home to repair it, but subsequently received an email that currently parts are unavailable, when nobody has even assessed it yet. Needless to say, we are going to have to replace it to allow ongoing learning for our son. It won't be another Lenovo product.
