Lenovo has sent me the used and defective product. When I complained the same, they changed warranty date from backend, and sent new invoice with different date of purchase. Also, when I complained about the defective screen, the Lenovo Post Sales sent me the acknowledgement of reverse pickup. Then, I called them after 2 days, now they asked 48 hours in every 48 hours. On 20th, they told me that order will be pickup between 22-25, but when I called them again on 25th, they told me now this is the matter of technical support. Collectively,1. Lenovo sent me the used product. (Warranty started before the date of purchase).2. They sent me the defective product. (Spot on Screen)3. They sent me in written mail on 07/08 that they will do reverse pickup, but now they are changing their words.I have spent 110085.30 INR on their product, but, Lenovo is a fraud Chinese company.
