Wish I had looked at these reviews before I purchased the washer dryer. Leaked from day one, the leak was repaired but in doing so they broke a pcb and left us without a functioning unit for 2 weeks. Then after they repaired that, it jumped around the kitchen and sounded like a B52 bomber. Literally months of back and forth on emails with no resolution and generic emails apologising for the issue with my TV!! I ended up getting a local engineer to sort it and move on. Won't ever buy an LG unit again, would never buy direct from the manufacturer again either, go to store at least you can drop it on the counter when it breaks and demand you're money back. LG Customer Service is a disgrace. Zero help and generic emails. Pacifica sub contract to any engineer who'll take the job so you're as far removed from any support as you could be. A 600quid washer dryer has ended up costing me over 2000 in lost time at work, laundrette services and our own repairs. LG couldn't give a hoot.
