Purchased a LG washer and dryer from Lowe’s. Had it professionally installed from them. Instantly the dryer begins throwing error codes. None of the clothes will dry. Contacted LG customer service which was a waste of time. They wanted me to troubleshoot the problem over the phone. I’m not going to troubleshoot a brand new unit. It’s under warranty. They refused to send some one to look at it. Worst company service and worst dryer I’ve ever owned.
