LG took 2 weeks to repair my washing machine. My home business was seriously compromised as I waited for them to come. It turns out that a screw had broken off and the huge weight dropped to the ground and the whole thing fell apart. In the process of talking with them on the phone, they offered me a refund of $150 on the repair. When I accepted their offer, they said I'd need the original receipt for proof of purchase. If I have the receipt, it will take me digging through my old tax receipts to find it. Can't they just give me a break? This company has very little integrity. They not only make it difficult to get your repairs done, but they make it difficult to get the $150. AVOID LG PRODUCTS. LG SUCKS.
