We bought our LG stove - dbl oven almost 1 year ago, but it was back ordered and not delivered until 01/05/2019. I was excited that I could cook two things at once. That excitement turned to horror when I took my pound cake out of the oven and one side fell off into the oven as it was raw on one side and looked perfect on the other. I was using the cook top and I heard a noise and the burner had gone off. When I removed the top piece of the burner, I realized the whole thing had burned. We got a repairman and he ordered the part. We received the wrong part for the repair. I called the number that the customer service person told me to call to order the part. The parts company was going to charge me $40, so I called LG back without ordering the part. We received 2 more parts for the same burner one wrong the other right. LG sent another repairman to fix the burner. I also told him about the oven I told him that LG told me he would put a shield on the heating element to the back of the stove. The repairman told me this was not possible as it would restrict the shelves from moving in and out. So I called customer service again and asked for a manager. I spoke with Executive services. They told me they would change many parts like heating elements ect and fix the stove. That was in October. I am on the phone now with them in December. Nothing done yet.
