We bought a new washing machine from Lg because the first was good to us, then we had a problem with the new only a little after the warranty was up on a factory defect, they offered no help other then you have to pay, if you want it checked, and if you need service you have to pay, they instructed me what parts to buy told me the wrong info so I'm over 1600 dollars out and their solution is just spend more money
