This customer service experience is horific. They are useless!! They dont speak English very well just keep repeating how sorry they are. They cant do anything on their own. They need you to call everytime you send evidence and then you call and check in. Each phone call is over 30 mins and nothing get completed. We are replacing our Tv due to damage and refuse to buy anoth LG product I will not support a company with thousands of dollars when they dont value me or my business
