This is regarding mobile phones. I bought LGG5 cellphone on November 25, 2017 (about four months after warranty period). The phone back camera (not the wide angle one) started malfunctioning. I called the technical support team three times last week to get it fixed online. They could not help me as it is the hardware problem it seems. When I googled, I understood that the rear camera problem exists (it is hardware issue) and LG is considering recalling it. When I contacted the Customer Service Team for help, it said for repair, I have to pay a diagnostic charge as well as repair chargers. My LGG3 phone also did not accept SIM card after a year's use. I am quite disappointed and have decided not to go for LG phones anymore.
