The only reason it gets 1 star is because there is no option for no stars. By far the worst customer service ever. Unprofessional. If you don't need your appliances working feel free to buy. Once there is an issue they keep you waiting. If you have an appointment it is not secure. I waited around all day for my refrigerator to get fixed and the guy never showed up. I called and they said my appointment was not secure. Wish I had never bought the darn thing.
