Will never buy LG again

We bought LG appliances for our last home and had nothing but problems with them. Then as we were renovating our new home and needed new appliances we went in to Bestbuy. The salesman told us LG had totally changed their product line and was a good option for quality kitchen appliances. I'm so sorry we listened to him. So far the DW has worked out ok but the stove and fridge both have broken or have faulty parts. Called LG and told them about the issue and they said they would take care of it as it is under warranty. They never got back to me as they said they would. I called in again and was told that they would get back to me. Haven't heard back from them again in the 48 hour reply time they said they would respond in. Very disappointed with the appliances and with their customer service. I will never buy LG again.
