This is the worst experience I have ever had. The only reason they are getting a one star review is because it will not allow me to give anything less. I have been lied to more than once. The service rep Brenda Hart says she will be there at a certain time and twice showed up 2 hours late. We as the customers deserve better. I personally will NEVER purchase anything LG again. My fridge is a $3000 fridge and has NEVER ran the way it should. When it takes about 90 seconds to fill a cup of water that shows what kind of product they make. I spent approx. 5-1/2 hours on the phone trying to get my questions answered. Prior to the day of my service appointment Brenda personally called to say that I was her first appointment on that day, that she would be there by 8am. Called LG at 9:15 and was informed that my appointment window was 10-12. When I asked why Brenda had lied to me, the "manager" I spoke to just answered with "I don't know" and then refused to talk to me. I tried explaining my situation and was met with complete silence on the other end of the phone to the point where I thought the call was dropped.
