Call to tell them about my wireless…

Call to tell them about my wireless headphones that I bout less than 4month at Best Buy and told them espesifictly what was wrong with it. The cable is so thing it ripped and the wires are showing barley used them at all,I didn't want to use them because I didn't want them to get more damage. So I called them and explained that my friend and I bought it the same day and his is in perfect condition and he use it every single day and I barley did. They told me to send it,ofcourse they ask me if it was damage if I could still use it and said yes but I don't want the wire to break and then it won't work at all. LG send it back to me with out the original box with out my receipt and wrote a note saying it was physical damage, are you even serious!! I spesify it was working but the cable broke and the wires are showing and don't want to it to break at all. I called them today and they keep saying the same thing (I already know) I have the note right. But what procee? Nothing once I send it once if it get damage internally it won't cover even tho am still in the warranty. Bad business hate the fact that I had bought cheaper headphones and never had this problem I buy expensive ones and this is what happens and LG don't respond for you at all.
