First off they want $42 just to send the phone to them then they’re shipping separate shipping he doesn’t know how much the shipping is. And he admits that the issue that I’m having is nothing to do with me and could not be caused by dropping the phone or some other issue. OK but they’ll still charge me extra if they find any other damage like if it seems like it was wet or dropped or broken in someway.
