I purchased and LG TV UH7650 and I spent $2000 for it. in first 3-4 months tv started giving problems. It was loosing wi fi signals and I had to reset it every time it happened. During my first 3-4 calls they suggested me to do reset, I told them that it has been done multiple times but after a while it again and again. Initially they were saying, it is not TV's problem but router is problem, it is too far and blah blah. It is approximately 20 ft away from tv. One side they kept blaming my router the other side I was able to use other devices anywhere in the house without any issues. So after 4-5 call they sent a technician. Technician came he replaces motherboard. So after the replacement tv still kept loosing Wi-Fi signals. I called at least 4-5 times with this issue and all they did is sent technician. He came every time and did some replaced either motherboard or Wi-Fi adapter but this didn't fix the issue. So after these many calls and replacement my product is out of warranty now and I am stuck with it. They have arranged technician after the warranty period that is one good thing in all this. Previously when I had such issues with other products, the products were replaced after 3 times only. On the other hand it has been occurring since Dec 2016 and technician came in at least 4-5 times.Today on March 28 I made a call complaining about this same problem. I talked to a guy named RL and I felt like this guy didn't care about how frustrating it can be for any customer. Absolutely, poor customer service and there was no solution of problem even after 1 and half year.
