Incompetent and worthless customer service!

If I could rate them lower, I would!!From: Angry and irreversibly dissatisfied customerI am extremely dissatisfied with LG Customer Service and senior managers. After LG agreed to send me back my LGG3 unit on three separate occasions starting in March 2017 with a last promise back in December 2017, I have lost all hope and trust in their service, their process, and empty promises. I am no longer requesting the unit back as it is worthless and valueless now. My daughter, who was supposed to receive this since last February 2017, has even stopped asking about it.LG, don't worry, I will save you money and embarrassment. You can keep the unit for FREE. Be warned buyers of LG's "phony" services.NEVER again purchasing an LG phone!Dani Khanafer
