Lost connection

Lost connection. Spoke with two different customer service reps. Horrible! The only thing they didn't ask was if my TV was plugged in!!! Both had me do the exact same thing, waste of time the first time I did it! They do NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. The guy asked me to get my manual out so he could get the model number. Asked why I couldn't just pull it up on my TV screen???!!! I should not know more than either of them! I have been on hold for 35 minutes for a Supervisor, No one has come back on.
