Purchased the Trial Subscription, ended up canceling it 2 weeks early because I didn’t receive any prospects or job offers , but now 2 weeks later was charged for the Premium Subscription anyways. I tried to contact someone from Linkedin but the “Live” message chat is AI, it’s not Live at all, so I left an email and will have to wait for a response back. I will never use Linkedin again, be very careful if you cancel with them to take a Screenshot of the Cancellation . I had to file a fraud claim with my bank against the company
