The worst customer service I have ever seen. I have been on Linkedin for 20 years, and now it has become really impossible to interact with them. On top of that, they ask you to verify your profile using NFC which has to read that of your Passport, and it doesn't work! They use ‘Persona’ as an app which is known not to work at all, they got maybe the worst one on the market. And, specifically, with the tool on my phone I verified that the NFC on my phone works and the Passport chip works too (and I used it at the airport too).The crazy thing is that they then charge an unbelievable price for a premium subscription, for the same unacceptable level of customer service. Linkedin, then, has become just a gathering point for self-referencing people and very much oriented towards recruting and HR in general, rather than the networking it was born for.I don't know how long they will last on the web scene, put as they are and with the constant criticism they receive from all users.
