Your support has been wasting my time for 5 days now. Even after being thorough in my replies, doing all the trouble shooting steps suggested, and sending through screenshots they need to see the issue I am experiencing - I am still not getting the help I need. There is an issue where I cannot update the links in my job experience - your staff is being incompetent and not thorough in their work, nor are they escalating my issue to the correct department to get this solved.
