Ignorant, lazy and useless customer service staff.I won't expand to the overall issues of this plarform in this review, if I had to, I should mark it with -5 starts.I recently cleared the cache and cookies from my firefox, in order to run it refreshed.As expected, I would need to re-insert my login details in my social media platforms and not only.LinkedIn then decided to check on me and was asking to press to send a code to my email or phone (I tried both), in order to verify me and then sign me in.I attempted to get this code multiple times, but in vain, as it's never been sent.I also tried to explain this at their customer service staff, again in vain.They either don't get it, or they are not interested to help (most likely).Now, I can't login LinkedIn on my laptop (I'm in through my phone an desktop), which is the computer I'm using for work, so I can't use my profile.LinkedIn has been an utter dissapointment and if that goes on for longer, I'll probably delete my account once for good, as scammers seem to reign in there.
