If I could give 0 stars, I would definitely do that. Customer service is rubbish. After someone hacked my account, they keep suspending me, as I had to create a new one. I have no response from them, can't log in to get help from them. I'd desperately need my account for work, and can't get it back. No help from them at all!!!
