Poor customer service, you pay for products that do not work, and technical support is 16 - 18 hours late on issues. By far the worst product I use. Sales Navigator constantly down and technical issues on messagign etc never resolved. I did not think anyone could make ATT or xfinity look good I was wrong!!!!!!
