Always got emails saying I was up to date when I'd never gotten any updates ever. Then my account went poof gone after weeks of back and forth I just gave up.UPDATENow they send a message telling me to contact support. That's what I did for a month before I gave up and told them it just wasn't worth the uphill battle anymore.Support is no help at all!
