Appalling customer service.. When you spend over £100 on mouse you expect to have some decent support when there is an issue. My new G502X plus scroll wheel spins randomly making it unusable while on free spin mode, instead of acknowledging the issue, Logitech customer support says this behavior is normal? Honestly, I expected more from a company that I’ve trusted for years, today you lost a customer!
