Christmas Horror - a disappointing experience

Last year, I purchased the Folio Touch for my iPad Pro 2nd generation, and for the first year, it worked perfectly. Unfortunately, after just a year, it broke. Since it came with a two-year guarantee, I contacted Logitech customer service. The communication process alone took about 2-3 weeks, and it took an additional 7 days to receive a replacement. Initially, they offered me the Slim Touch as a replacement, but I declined since it's cheaper and bulkier compared to the Folio Touch. I requested a refund, but instead, they sent me a Combo Touch, which I was happy with—at least initially. However, the happiness was short-lived. When the Combo Touch arrived, I spent nearly an hour trying to fit it onto my iPad, only to end up breaking both my iPad screen and the Combo Touch case. This whole experience turned into a Christmas horror story I wouldn't wish on anyone. Needless to say, I’m incredibly disappointed and wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone. Proceed with caution!
