I had purchased a pair of the Logitech Pro-X 2 Gaming Headset in November of 2023. They worked and sounded great and I had zero complaints about the device. However, in early December, the wireless light-speed USB dongle ceased function, and so I was now locked to only using Bluetooth - which for someone who plays games, is not ideal, especially not $250 ideal. Luckily I had purchased it with warranty so I sould be able to easily get a replacement right? Wrong.I started with customer support on 12/18/2023. It was a normal support call, and they were very friendly. In no time, I was able to schedule for a new headset to be sent over, and then I would return mine. The agent specifically stated in that order. First I get the replacement, then I would return my headset.After 2 weeks of waiting, nothing. So I called in and they told me I needed to send mine first. I mentioned to them that 1: I was told otherwise in my last call, and 2: I could not do that as I had no other wait to get audio from my desktop. So I needed to have a working pair at all times. So I was told they would put in a special request to see if they could send me the replacement first, and that they would get back to me within 48 hours. After 96 hours, I called back having not received a response. Basically the same thing went down as the last call, only I was told that I now needed to wait ANOTHER 24 hours for this same response. Its now 2024, and I only just received a response saying I still need to send my pair first, and I now have to wait another day before I can return my pair. I have to get back to college in a week and a half, and if I don't receive the headphones before that, I will have to wait for post semester to actually get them (I go to college far from home). This support process is outrageous as I payed extra money for a warrenty on my 250 dollar product. I should not have to go through a month of support only to be told that the same things I was a month ago. I now run the risk of losing access to my $250 dollar purchase for about 4 months, and all this after paying extra. I can safely say that I will never purchase or recommend Logitech to any one ever again. The products are good, but when one inevitably breaks, the support team is there to screw you over even more. Its such a disappointment.
