I have been a long-time Logitech customer, product wise they do have an excellent range of accessories. Normally I purchased their products on Amazon, however decided that I would directly purchase from their website, what a terrible mistake. Purchased an item on the 22nd of November which was listed as being in stock. After about four days, the order was marked as accepted. Waited for a week, with the status not changing, and decided to use their live chat who told me delivery was imminent. Waited, still at the accepted phase, contacted them again and was told it would be shipped shortly, just a matter of days. Another week goes by and again, I am told the item is in hand, they are just processing it. On the 19th of December, my order was canceled, with no explanation or apology. Exceptionally poor service.
