Just like many of the people below, I have the same situation. I ordered on 11.10.23 with delivery within 3-5 days, never dispatched, never delivered to date 23.10.23. Status of the order was always "Accepted". Contacted support - horrible experience, even to date I do not have any explanation, no hope. Angela D from them replied blunt and cold, with standard reply, that they follow up and will monitor the order, that's it. Refused to give any details, then blocked the chat as next days I couldn't write anything further on it (she left the chat open, and so everythime you open the chat, even in new page, it will show only your last reply and not able to wrtie more). I manged by doing it so on a different computer, asking after 7 days for Cancelation. Then a reply said they cannot guarantee that, and will come back with an answer within 48 hours. Well 72 more hours passed, and no reply, no delivery. Yeah I filed a dispute with Paypal for the money. Yesterday the order changed to "Dispute". Glad to see here that I am not the only one with this situation, at least that is a bit of comfort knowing and hoping that it was not a scam after all and hope my Paypal eill get this sorted through.
