I wish I had've seen this reviews before I purchased. I'm working from home so needed a wireless keyboard and mouse. Logitech are a named brand and had a set of the two that was advertised as a set and could connect via USB. My work laptop security is set up by my organisation so Bluetooth won't work. The keyboard and mouse has come today and the mouse is USB but the keyboard isn't. There isn't anywhere to facilitate a return online, the people on the live chat have refused to transfer me to anyone who can facilitate a return and they've now raised a ticket...? It looks like they've removed, or have never had, the ability to create a return through their website as this seems to be a common issue from other reviews. I was a first time customer and will not be purchasing again. If I don't hear back from them in the next 24 hours through their "Ticket" I'll be raising a charge back with my bank and the keyboard and mouse will be binned. £60 for something I can't even use. I'm absolutely disgusted.
