I've been using logitech from the start of my use of computers, be that logitech 2.1 speakers to the original g5 mouse, as time has moved on, the support and quality of products has remain consistent. Most recently I purchased the PRO X headset, and unfortunately this item has a defect, whereby the sound had stopped playing in one of the two headphones.
