Without a doubt the worst company I have ever bought from. Atrocious customer service.They have a portal to register for a Return, but it doesn't (in my case, and I have seen others posting the same issue) recognise your details, so you can't actually request a return.I raised customer service support requests, and nothing. Next port of call is to go via the payment provider, Logitech are breaching my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, by not providing this ability to return, but I don't know how to get hold of them as they ignore everything.
