4 faulty keyboards in under a year, support didn't help.

In short, i'm on replacement keyboard number 5 in under 10 months. I bought a G413 as I work from home and wanted a nice keyboard to use 8hrs a day. Keys started failing after 5 months and retailer accepted return. They sent a replacement. The replacement was actually twisted so that it wouldn't sit flush on the desk. Packaging wasn't damaged so it had happened during manufacturing. Retailer accepted return and allowed me to swap it with a G512SE at the same price. That failed after 3 months, some of the keys on the top letter row would produce the letter next to the one you pressed, all the way along the row. Retailer sent a replacement. The replacement was also twisted, no packaging damage, but it was not severe and as its made of metal I was able to correct it, as it was just a faction of a mm this time. Unfortunately the 0 key on the numpad doesn't work, which I use for work and without that key the numpad is useless. I called Logitech last week to discuss my problems with them, they weren't even slightly interested. They are now not responding to me. Retailer now sending another replacement 512SE. Unfortunately I got it as such a good price that means if I opt for a refund I'll be £40 short to buy a comparable item from a different manufacturer, which I don't really want to do. What I will say however is that after buying logitech products for well over 20 years and not having any issues, I won't ever purchase their brand again. There are many alternatives to them these days which wasn't always the case. There is no benefit to remaining loyal to this firm. The products are very nice indeed but obviously they no longer have any quality control, and the reviews for the products I've had have been excellent, I honestly can't believe I've been so unlucky. But I have, I asked for help, they didn't care, they're shipping faulty products from the factory and they can no longer be trusted.
