If this wasn't a large organisation that is well-known I would have thought I'd been scammed.The ordering process is okay, but I'm three weeks later still waiting for my keyboard to arrive (it said on the website when I made the order that it would be up to 7 business days).Zero communication from them for over two weeks until I reached out to support (regret doing that as it feels as though I've wasted my time: they're hopeless at addressing any issues).If you must by Logitech, buy from Amazon or another retailer. If Logitech wasn't such a well-known brand, I would have suspected it was setup fraudulently to take people’s money. I'll definitely never use the site again, and I'm now looking for alternative brands after using Logitech stuff for 15+ years.
