My keyboard (G910 Orion Spark)

My keyboard (G910 Orion Spark) was malfunctioning with lighting. Called the customer service hotline and they calmly walked me through steps to fix this issue. It had adverse actions and ultimately broke my keyboard. (Not their fault) And now I have been given a replacement free of charge. Overall amazing customer service.
