I accidentally purchased a headset for my laptop that did not have the correct connection from Logitech - so far so good I thought. Went on their website to request a refund as I was still within warranty - encountered a vast wasteland of forums and struggled to find anywhere to raise a ticket for my problem. I eventually then did manage to raise a ticket requesting refund - as of today it has been a month with no response from anyone. I have also tweeted their logitech twitter twice - nothing. Today I messaged them on messenger - watch this space folks but I wont be holding my breath. PS the product was godawful too - cheap plastic and hurt my ears but I would have put up with it as it was inexpensive had the connection worked
