Applying for credit at checkout is a joke. Even with an excellent credit rating, it still says 7-10 days. I need my item before then. Tried to call and find out my approval status, but after wasting 20 minutes on the phone, there is no way to speak to a real person. No wonder Lowe's has gone down hill in so many ways. With poor customer service, I'll just shop Amazon from now on. Lowe's needs to do so much better.
