Lowes has VERY poor communication

Lowes has VERY poor communication. Poor Customer services. Lowes also did not refund me for floorboards that were picked up from the company at my house which i never ordered and NEVER reimbursed me the $242.82 when i had them install windows. I again gave them the benefit and ordered window blinds payed $1943.37 for the blinds and installation. Now i can't get a hold of the installation company. they don't return my phone calls and Lowes has kept me on the phone on HOLD for 1 hour. LOWES SUCKS....
