5.26.24 updated again: I give up. The exchange order was supposed to come yesterday. We were home from 1-5pm, our window. No one showed. No one answered the phone at the store again when I called 3 times. Customer service had no idea what I was talking about when I called. 5:23.24 Updated: finally got a hold of customer service - 800 number and was assisted. Up it to 3 stars because it got handled well and she was nice. Still was a ridiculous experience.Worst customer service ever. I realize most of us don't like our jobs, but this is so obvious when trying to get a callback. I paid $80 in shipping to have stones delivered to my home and they sent the wrong ones. Getting this issue resolved has been a nightmare. No one answers the phone and when they do, they pretend to transfer you and then hang up. I have called and gone through the automated process over 12 times in the last 2 days. No one wants to actually help. Lesson learned, I will never do this again.
