I bought a Samsung dishwasher April 2

I bought a Samsung dishwasher April 2, installed it about April 10 and it didn't come with kickplate or foot adjusters. I tried several times throughout the month to contact someone regarding getting the missing parts. Even though it was on sale and open box, the parts should still be included. I was given several numbers which I called and also drove two hours to my local store to find out if they found one as nobody would call me back. Called Samsung and by now it was just over 30 days since purchase date. Terrible customer service on Lowes AND Samsung's end. BUYER BEWARE if you intend to buy open box, you WILL have to purchase items that should come with the item purchased. Excuse being it was open box and discounted. Save yourself the headache and time. You don't save money with it being on sale as they force you to buy the parts anyway.
