I had a ride reserved for a ride from Utica, NY to Syracuse airport at 3:30am on 4/18/25 The driver shows up at the wrong place which is a dead end road 500ft feet away from me, I explained to him where I was and offered to guide him to correct place . Well he acted like an ass and cancelled ride, next driver was headed to same spot and I let him know it and he cancelled ride, both a....holes left me hanging with no way to get to airport. This is not the only time I have had problems with Lyft and reported it with no response. Time to get rid of app.
