I scheduled a pick up time to drive me 15 minutes to the airport, saw the driver named Samuel who was picking me up and the idiot never showed up!! Thankfully I had a friend who was able to get to my destination. I will never use this piece of shit company again! How do you get a verified pick up schedule and do a no show. No email, text or phone call to notify me he wasn’t coming!
