This is the worst company ever, full of crooks and dirty criminals!! I had 2 cards on my account, and they charged both cards for each ride, as well as some strange charges that never existed!! It has been over a month and I have still not been refunded!! They have made fraudulent charges over $200 on my accounts! The CEO and his bunch of crooks should be locked up!! Shameless scoundrels!!!
