The only reason there is one star is bc I can't leave 0 stars. Absolutely trash company. Going on vacation for weeks, scheduled a Lyft for ride to airport well in advance and it never said no drivers or there may be a massive wait for a pre scheduled pick up. I'm glad my vehicle can sit in parking this whole time and rack up a massive bill bc you fail at the only job required of you. Uber would never. The better app better set up and the schedule actually works. I hope all your decent drivers go to Uber and the rest including you end up with nothing.
