They conveniently had their systems 'down' when I needed to cancel my free trial. I tried to cancel it for 3 days which made it go over the 7 days and they charged me anyway for a month! Now I have to wait for it to go through on my credit card to get my money back. This company is an example of one that has gotten too big. They are a monopoly but I know there are other companies out there trying to start out so I'll be supporting them in the future.
