Absolutely Disgusting charging months after cancellation

Absolutely Disgusting – Avoid at All Costs - my first ever online review! I cancelled my Adobe subscription months ago and was shocked to discover they’ve been charging me ever since. I have no idea how this happened, as I followed the cancellation steps and assumed it was done. To make matters worse, when I went to cancel (again), I was hit with a $70 cancellation fee. For a service I thought I’d already cancelled!This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate trap. I will never use Adobe again and will be warning others to double-check their subscriptions — even after cancelling. Shame on you, Adobe.
