Despite this, Adobe took an unauthorised £85 payment from my account today.They have since credited the money, but before proceeding with the refund, the agent tried to persuade me to keep the membership instead of addressing the issue. Good job I get notifications of all my bank transactions, otherwise I might have failed to notice they took an unauthorised payment. If I hadn’t, I might have missed it entirely—perhaps that’s the whole idea?
